Jabra Elite 65t are excellent earbuds for their sound quality, comfort, and long battery life. However, if they won’t charge, you will be unable to benefit from their long battery life and great sound.
But don’t worry; you can fix this problem by trying a few different fixes.
So, let’s take a closer look at all the possible solutions I have found after hours of research.

You should try these fixes when your Jabra Elite 65t earbuds are not charging in their charging Case.

- Clean Jabra Elite 65t charging poles with the rubbing alcohol.
- Clean the charging case pins with the rubbing alcohol.
- Reset the Jabra Elite 65t charging case. (Method is below)
- Make sure the outside temperature is not too hot or cold.
- Check the charging cable if it is working or not by trying another one.
1. Reset Jabra Elite 65t
The first thing that you should try is resetting your earbuds because it will remove minor glitches and bugs.
Also, resetting will improve the performance of your Jabra Elite 65t earbuds.
Follow the below steps to reset your Jabra Elite 65t.
- Fully charge your Jabra Elite 65t earbuds.
- Remove the right bud from the charging Case and turn it on.
- Press and hold the multifunction button on the right bud until it flashes purple.
- The earbuds have now been reset.
2. Clean Jabra Elite 65t
Each Jabra Elite 65t bud has two charging poles which connect with the Case’s charging pins, and as a result, earbuds begin charging.
However, the charging poles are so sensitive that a bit of dirt can stop the electricity flow.
Maybe your earbuds are also not charging because of dirt on their charging poles. Therefore you should carefully clean them.
Follow the below steps to clean your earbuds.
- Pick a soft toothbrush and pour a few drops of rubbing alcohol.
- Then gently move the toothbrush on the charging poles.
- After that, remove all the dirt with the help of a cotton cloth.
3. Clean Charging Case
The charging Case of Jabra Elite 65t earbuds has two pins that pass the electricity from the Case to the earbuds.
However, they are very delicate, and a little dirt on them stops the electricity supply.
So, if your Jabra Elite 65t is not charging, maybe this is the reason for it. Therefore you should clean your charging case pins.
Follow the below steps to clean the Case.
- Pick a soft toothpick and pour a little bit of rubbing alcohol on it.
- Then move it to the charging case pins.
- Clean the dirt from the pins with the help of the cotton cloth.
4. Reset Charging Case
After resetting your earbuds, also reset the charging Case because maybe something is wrong with it.
That’s why your earbuds are not charging after a few hours.
Follow the below steps to reset your Jabra Elite 65t charging case.
- Put earbuds in the charging Case and plug them in to fully charge. It will take two and a half hours to charge fully.
- After charging, remove both earbuds from the charging Case and then put earbuds in the charging Case. Ensure earbuds are flashing red when you place them back in the Case.
- Open the charging case lid and plug it into the power source with the provided USB cable.
- When the LED indicator of the Case light up, please wait for 3 to 5 seconds and close its lid.
- Charge earbuds and the Case for 2 hours; hopefully, this will fix the problem.
5. Maintain Temperature
If your earbuds have been placed in a hot place or you have exposed them to direct sunlight for hours. Then they won’t charge.
Because at hot temperatures, earbuds stop receiving electricity to prevent the internal circuit from being damaged.
Therefore, if that’s the case, you should keep their temperature normal.
You can achieve that by placing earbuds in the air conditioner room for 1 hour.
6. Change Charging Cable
The charging cable is the main element involved in the charging process of the Jabra Elite 65t earbuds.
However, if the charging cable is damaged, your Case won’t charge, and as a result, earbuds. Therefore you should first test whether or not your charging cable is damaged.
Try another charging cable; you can use the mobile charging cable to charge the Case.
If the Case is charging with the new cable, then your primary cable is damaged; that’s why the Case is not charging, and as a result, your earbuds are also not charging.
So, you should replace the charging cable. The new charging cable will cost you 10 to 15 dollars.
